Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Hosts to join our team at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. You will welcome guests, manage the host station, and help ensure a smooth and enjoyable game-day experience.

This tipped position pays $16.00 per hour, with potential additional earnings from tips. Weekly pay and a benefits package may be offered to eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a guest service environment preferred.
• Ability to maintain a high energy level in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members.
• No high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Review floor plan and reservation book daily to create seating charts.
• Seat guests and maintain control of wait times.
• Inspect dining and serving areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup.
• Speak with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service, respond to complaints, and thank guests as they are leaving.
• Answer restaurant telephone line during assigned hours of operation.
