Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is hiring for a Host to create a warm, inviting entry experience and to manage reservations with care. You will welcome guests, seat them, and help set expectations for a memorable visit. This role offers growth opportunities as the brand expands with new store openings.

Ideal candidates are friendly, reliable, and comfortable working on your feet. Training is extensive, and the team emphasizes hospitality with a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction and ongoing

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours or more a day.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items frequently up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Escort guests to their table and set expectations for their experience.
• Manage reservations and waitlists using OpenTable with accuracy and care.
• Communicate wait times clearly and professionally during peak volume.
• Maintain a clean, organized host stand and entryway.
• Support the dining room by bussing and resetting tables as needed.
• Partner with the Front of House team to ensure smooth service.
