George and Gather, a new restaurant concept in downtown Chandler, is seeking a friendly Host to create a warm welcome for guests and manage seating with care.

Join us at 336 S. Washington St. as we serve from-scratch, organic dishes in a mid-century building. The role includes handling reservations, assisting during peak service, and ensuring a clean, inviting host station throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a host is a plus but not required
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Maintain a neat & professional appearance
• Ability to manage an unsatisfactory guest experience calmly and effectively
• Passion for delivering exceptional service to guests

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Host to join our team. As a Host, you will play a crucial role in providing a welcoming experience for our guests.
