Job summary

IHOP Billings in Montana is seeking a friendly, skilled Host to greet guests, seat parties, and help ensure a welcoming dining room. You will stand at the front with a positive attitude and coordinate seating to balance the dining room flow.

The host will manage wait lists, take To Go orders using software, and assist with curbside pickups while maintaining a clean, inviting environment and delivering exceptional customer service.

Host Job Requirements:

• Prior experience as a host is a plus and Is at least 18 years old.
• Verifiable job history with a minimum of 6 months at a job
• Ability to work all shifts to include weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly manner.
• Ability to multitask and act quickly.
• Is a team player.
