PF Chang's China Bistro in Aurora, CO is seeking a Host/Hostess to deliver an excellent hospitality experience by managing the restaurant flow and greeting guests, quoting wait times, and answering questions.

The role requires learning seating layouts, maintaining safety standards, and supporting curbside and takeout processes. No prior experience is required; training is provided, and applicants must be 18 or older.

Hiring immediately for full-time or part-time Host or Hostesses.

Job Summary:

The Host is responsible for delivering an excellent hospitality experience by maintaining the overall flow of the restaurant. They provide a positive and professional first and last impression to every guest. In the event there is a wait time, quote an accurate wait time and answer any questions the guest may have.

Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience is not required – we will train you!

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
