Job summary

Hyatt Place Denver Airport is seeking a friendly Van Driver to transport guests on scheduled runs and assist with luggage, while maintaining vehicle cleanliness and providing concierge services. You will greet guests, escort to rooms when requested, and deliver messages and information about local attractions with a courteous, efficient approach.

The role requires strong navigation skills, a valid driver's license, and at least one year of driving experience.

Qualifications

High School diploma and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
Must have a valid driver’s license for the applicable state.
Minimum of one year driving experience
Must have an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving Record)
Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.
Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.

Responsibilities

Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service oriented manner.
Maintain regular attendance in accordance with standards and schedule needs.
Wear brand-appropriate uniform and name tag.
Comply with standards and regulations to ensure safe hotel operations.
Greet guests in a pleasant manner and assist with luggage as needed.
Load/unload luggage carts and van as required.
Escort guests to rooms upon request and provide information about local attractions and services.
Deliver messages and assist with guest services as needed.
