Job summary

Performing Arts Fort Worth is seeking a part-time Hospitality Services Team Member to support Front of House and deliver exceptional customer service during performances and events.

The role includes valet, parking and garage duties, bar service, setup/breakdown of spaces, and clear communication with patrons and staff. Evening/weekend shifts are typical; a Texas driver’s license and prior bartending experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have valid Texas Driver's License or able to obtain driving privileges.

Responsibilities

• Support Front of House and provide first-class customer service.
• Operates POS system during bar service.
• Safe driving and parking of patrons' vehicles.
• Setup and breakdown of events; arrange spaces per diagrams.
