Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent and 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License with ability to drive vehicles.
• Must have TABC and Food Handlers certification, or ability to obtain certification quickly.
• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Clear communication with patrons and staff.
• Basic math skills for bank reconciliation and deposits.
• Work outside in all weather conditions; long hours.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Minimum of two shifts per month.
• Maintain professional attitude and teamwork.

Aufgaben

• Valet runner duties including parking patrons’ cars and safe driving in downtown Fort Worth.
• Parking attendant duties: monitor lot, direct traffic, secure vehicles and manage keys.
• Garage attendant duties: oversee garage areas and guide staff to available spaces.
• Bartender duties: set up bar, manage supplies, and operate POS during service.
• Setup crew duties: prepare and breakdown venues per event diagrams and specifications.
• Provide first-class customer service to patrons, guests, touring and resident companies, and staff.
• Greet patrons warmly, handle questions/complaints professionally, and ensure satisfaction.
• Dress in uniform and adhere to departmental policies for safe operations.
• Support other Hospitality Services tasks as needed.
