Qualifications

• Applicants should be at least 16 years of age.
• Flexible schedule required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and Team Members.
• Must be able to stand and work on feet for several hours.
• Must be able to lift and carry approximately 10–55 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• High school diploma or equivalent when applicable based on age.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with a smile and welcoming attitude.
• Create and maintain eye contact while interacting with guests.
• Build positive connections with guests and provide excellent customer service.
• Support and demonstrate the vision and values of the restaurant.
• Communicate effectively with guests, managers, and fellow Team Members.
• Work together with the team to provide a positive guest experience.
• Multitask quickly and thoroughly.
• Prepare and serve products according to established quality standards.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant.
• Complete assigned duties accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with additional restaurant responsibilities as needed.
