Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and Team Members.
• Able to stand and work on feet for several hours and lift 10–55 lbs. when necessary.
• Willing to work flexible scheduling and arrive on time.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with a smile and welcoming attitude.
• Create and maintain eye contact while interacting with guests.
• Build positive connections with guests and provide excellent customer service.

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness guidelines; maintain a clean, organized restaurant.
• Complete assigned duties accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with additional restaurant responsibilities as needed.
