Job summary

Juneau Water Front Reasturants is seeking enthusiastic, dependable, service-oriented individuals to join our restaurant family. As part of our team, you’ll help create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and support day-to-day operations across roles including servers, hosts, bartenders, and support staff.

We value a positive attitude, strong teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior restaurant or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus (but not required!).
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to all guests
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
• Support teammates to ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Learn and uphold our menu, recipes, and service standards
• Handle transactions or food preparation accurately and efficiently
