Meddys, a fast-growing Mediterranean-inspired restaurant, is seeking team members to join our hospitality-focused staff in Wichita, KS. You will contribute to delivering fresh, high-quality meals with friendly service in a lively environment.

Responsibilities include taking orders, serving guests, bussing tables, and maintaining clean dining and prep areas while ensuring guest satisfaction and safety. Weekend shifts are common, and growth opportunities exist within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work at least 12 hours per week.
• Weekend availability required.
• Reliable transportation to store locations in the region as needed.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Must access online scheduling software and stay in touch with store managers.

Responsibilities

• Handle food and beverage with care to prevent foodborne illness.
• Deliver orders to guests and bus tables in a cyclical pattern.
• Provide drink refills and table service to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby, restrooms, patio, tables, bar and expo area.
• Explain complimentary pita bread to dine-in guests when appropriate.
• Ensure food meets brand taste, temperature, aesthetics and portions.
• Fulfill complete orders promptly with prioritization and checks.
• Deliver exemplary service at the ordering counter and identify guest needs.
• Greet guests with a welcome and bid farewell on departure.
