McAlister’s Deli is seeking an energetic hourly Team Member in Kentucky to support dining room and kitchen operations at a franchised location. This role offers exposure to multiple stations and flexible shifts to fit a variety of schedules.

As a team member you may perform food runner, busser, dishwasher, prep cook, or line cook duties, while upholding sanitation and guest service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Role involves working across multiple dining room duties in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Adherence to sanitation and safety policies is required.
• Must be able to respond to guest needs and manage timing across stations.

Responsibilities

• Delivers orders to guests in the dining room and refills drinks as needed.
• Prepares dining room and maintains table settings, sweeping and tidying as required.
• Washes dishes and resets the dish area for the next shift, restocking supplies.
• Prepares foods per prep lists and maintains station sanitation.
• Cooks and completes orders while ensuring quality and speed for guests.
