Job summary

McAlister’s Deli is hiring for an Hourly Team Member at a franchised location. The role encompasses multiple responsibilities across service and kitchen stations, including food runner, busser, dishwasher, prep cook, and line cook tasks.

You will support dining room service, maintain sanitation and safety standards, and assist management with daily operations to ensure guest satisfaction. The position is on-site and requires flexibility across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Food runner: delivers orders to guests in the dining room and refills drinks; responds to guest requests after delivery.
• Busser: cleans and resets tables, maintains dining area, and assists with spills or guest needs.
• Dishwasher: cleans dishes and maintains kitchen prep areas, unloads deliveries, and stores items.
• Prep cook: prepares foods per prep lists and recipes, sanitizes stations, and assists with food handling.
• Line cook: maintains prep areas, ensures sanitation, reads orders, and preps items as needed.
