Job summary

CAVA-New Hartford is looking for a Team Leader to promote a positive work environment and deliver on commitments to guests. The Team Leader will work closely with Assistant General Managers and General Managers to coach and develop team members and handle key duties such as opening and closing procedures, placing food orders, and maintaining food safety standards. Qualifications

• Work closely with Managers and Team Members to create quality food.
• Coach, develop, and support cross-training of Team Members.
• Support overall restaurant experience, including opening/closing duties.
• Ensure food safety practices and cleanliness standards are followed.
• Model sound decision-making and resolve issues.
• Ensure prompt presentation of food orders during shifts.
