Omni Bedford Springs Resort & Spa is seeking an entry-level Food Runner to support servers and management in delivering prompt, friendly service across dining rooms and bars. You will learn the floor plan, menu details, and service times while contributing to a clean, organized workspace in a historic resort environment.

You will be expected to stand and move for long periods, handle carrying tasks up to 50 pounds, and maintain impeccable personal appearance.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year food runner or busser experience.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Must communicate effectively.
• Maintain professional appearance and attitude.
• Must have ServSafe or equivalent training.
• Stand/walk for extended periods; lift up to 50 lb.

Responsabilidades

• Assist servers and management to ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Know service times, menu, floor plan, and seat numbers.
• Deliver food to tables according to ticket and floor plan.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and stations.
• Support bar and dining room operations as needed.
• Ensure FIFO storage and items are in date.
• Attend department meetings and trainings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
