Responsibilities

• Retrieve, dry, and polish all clean dining room and lounge service ware and distribute to stations.
• Maintain cleanliness of stations, restrooms, and overall venue.
• Support dining room/lounge team to accommodate guest needs; ensure supplies are stocked.
• Follow sanitation standards and proper cleaning procedures; report breakages or damages.
