Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain friendly and warm demeanor at all times.
• Operate dish-washing equipment to ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation of china, glass, and silver.
• Restock cleaned china, glass, and silver in proper storage, minimizing breakage.
• Wash pots, pans and utensils following proper cleaning procedures and sanitation, store properly.
• Sweep and mop kitchen and restaurant floors.
• Empty garbage from Food and Beverage areas to hotel dumpster; keep back dock and dumpster area clean.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor or manager.
