Hendricks Commercial Properties is hiring a Staff Accountant in Beloit, WI to handle month-end balance sheet and bank reconciliations, assist with year-end audits, and prepare financial packages. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and strong GAAP knowledge, with Sage and Microsoft Office proficiency preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• Considerable knowledge of GAAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Sage experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end reconciliations of balance sheet accounts.
• Perform bank reconciliations monthly.
• Assist in year-end audit requests and compilation of financial packages.
• Record journal entries and reconcile daily cash and revenue transactions.
• Review general ledger accounts for proper accounting treatment.
• Prepare and file sales/use tax returns.
