Position

Join the team at NHBC's Holland Brewpub! We are looking for Hospitality Specialists and Server Assistants who want to create memorable experiences for our guests. Work with a great team, earn competitive pay, and enjoy perks like $1 beers. Availability on Friday to Sunday is required.

This is a hybrid role with starting pay of $15.55/hour for Hospitality Specialists and $12.48/hour plus tips for Server Assistants.

Job Summary

The Hospitality Specialist is the first and last point of contact with guests, performing main guest service functions. The Server Assistant supports servers and bartenders by delivering food, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a remarkable guest experience. The role may support both functions based on the shift schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness at the host stand and in common areas
  • Deliver food accurately and promptly
