Luna Grill in Phoenix, AZ is hiring Hospitality Specialists to deliver warm, efficient service and create memorable guest experiences. You will be the friendly face of our restaurant, guiding guests through the menu and ensuring smooth front-of-house operations.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in guest-facing roles, strong communication, and a team-oriented attitude. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with opportunities for growth in a fast-growing brand.

California – LA • Orange County • San Diego • Inland Empire
$20.00/hr (Up to $24/hr with tips)

Texas – Dallas/Fort Worth
$11.00–$13.50/hr (Up to $16/hr with tips)

Arizona – Mesa
$15.15–$16.50/hr (Up to $19/hr with tips)

• 1+ year in a guest-facing or fast-casual restaurant role required
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• A natural ability to make guests feel valued and cared for
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Reliable, hands-on, and always ready to jump in where needed
