Job summary

Villa Santa Barbara, a Sonida Senior Living community, seeks a Hospitality Services/Dining Services Attendant in Santa Barbara, CA. We offer a competitive wage and a comprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance, 401k with company match, PTO from day one and paid training.

The role serves residents and guests in the dining room, assists in food preparation and dishwashing, helps set up dining areas, and supports chefs to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• One to two years’ experience in a similar position preferred.
• Twelve (12) plus years of education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves residents and guests seated in the dining room in a professional manner following established procedures.
• Assists in drink and food preparation for the Residents and performs assigned tasks in clean up, washing the dishes and setting up and taking down the dining areas.
• Preparing and serving snacks to include replenishing stock items in the common area refreshment centers for the residents.
• Assists chefs in the food preparation tasks and serving as assigned.
• Completes the dishwashing tasks and schedules for efficient dining service operations
