Responsibilities

• Maintain restaurant interior and exterior cleanliness and organization.
• Keep dining room tables cleaned and sanitized.
• Ensure adequate supply of dishes, utensils, glassware, and ice.
• Stock and organize front and back-of-house areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist with stocking deliveries and rotate perishable stock.
• Perform side work and deep cleaning duties as assigned.
