Job summary

True Food Kitchen in Nashville is looking for friendly servers to greet guests, share our vibrant menu, and deliver hospitality with care. You will take and enter orders accurately and help guests find their perfect dish.

We offer flexible shifts, part-time to full-time hours, and on-the-job training. Compensation starts at state tipped minimum wage per hour plus tips, with earnings depending on shifts and guest generosity.

Qualifications

• Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Restaurant experience is a plus—but not required! We’ll train you.

Responsibilities

• Make guests feel at home from the moment they arrive.
• Share our vibrant menu and help guests find their perfect dish.
• Take and enter orders accurately.
• Deliver fresh food and drinks with care and speed.
• Keep the flow smooth—refill drinks, clear tables, and jump in where needed.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds, stand for extended periods, continuously bend, reach and twist.
