Job summary

PF Chang’s California location is hiring dine-in food and beverage servers. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional hospitality, knowing the menu to assist guests, and guiding them through the dining experience from order to checkout.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcohol where applicable.
• Food Handler’s Card is preferred or we will help you obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Delivers hospitality and anticipates, delivers, and exceeds guests’ expectations.
• Understands the menu and helps guests choose items; answers questions.
• Guides guests through the dining experience; takes, places, and serves orders; processes payments.
• Knows restaurant seating layout and how to deliver food within service areas.
