Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill in Plain City, OH is seeking friendly, upbeat servers to join a fast-paced team focused on delivering exceptional food, beverage, and service. You will build guest relationships, learn menus, ring up orders, and support the dining experience.

Responsibilities include safe alcohol service, bussing, and cash handling, with opportunities for flexible scheduling and employee meal discounts. Prior experience is valued and safety and sanitation procedures must be followed.

Qualifications

• Prior serving experience preferred.
• Enthusiasm for customer service and a guest-first mentality.
• Basic computer literacy and arithmetic skills.
• Must be 19+ to apply.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with guests, coworkers, and managers.
• Prioritize a quality customer experience with a warm and friendly approach and efficient service.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of food and beverage menus.
• Accurately ring up all food and beverages per customer order.
• Assist with bussing tables, greeting guests, and delivering food to assigned tables as needed.
• Clean assigned section and sanitize workspace per restaurant protocols.
• Provide safe alcohol service through proper ID checks and recognizing signs of intoxication.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions for guest checkout.
• Occasionally answer phone and assist walking-requests with orders.
• Learn Good Food Rewards program and manage per policy.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures per policy and health department regulations.
• Communicate effectively with bar, kitchen, and management teams.
