Job summary

IHOP in College Park, MD is seeking a friendly server with strong people skills to greet guests, seat them, recommend menu items, take and deliver orders, and handle cash and card payments.

You will multitask across food and beverage orders, upsell when appropriate, maintain clean tables, and contribute to a warm dining experience for guests. Prior server experience is a plus; teamwork and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a server role is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate clearly.
• Comfort with handling money (cash/credit card transactions).
• Able to multitask and act quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and able to work shifts, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, seat them, and escort to tables.
