You will greet guests, take orders, ensure safe food handling, coordinate with kitchen staff, and maintain a clean dining area while adhering to service standards. Fixed pay rate is $12.00 per hour and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission certificate.

Responsibilities

• Takes food and beverage orders and delivers items to dining room guests.
• Greet guests in the dining room and take orders following service steps.
• Ensure safe food handling and sanitation standards; follow up as needed.
• Communicate with back-of-house staff to ensure correct delivery and special requests.
• Handle cash and follow proper cash-handling procedures.
• Promote a clean, safe and neat dining environment and support colleagues.
• Assist with additional duties during events and functions.
