Job summary

Thrive Restaurant Group, the family-owned operator behind Applebee’s Legacy, seeks a friendly Server to join our team. You’ll create memorable experiences by serving food and drinks, greeting guests, and anticipating their needs in a fast-paced, welcoming dining room.

You’ll work with teammates to deliver great service, handle orders via the POS system, clear and reset tables, and ensure guests leave happy. Prior customer service experience is valued; positive attitude a must.

Qualifications

• Desire to care for others, grow and learn.
• Positive attitude.
• Reading, writing, basic math, and verbal communication skills required.
• Mobility required during the entire shift.
• Ability to transport items and withstand busy dining room conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and drinks and ongoing service to guests.
• Greet guests, answer questions and suggest menu items.
• Interact with guests to create a friendly, upbeat atmosphere.
• Relay orders to service bar and kitchen via the POS system.
• Observe and serve guests, addressing needs or requests.
• Present guest checks, handle payments and process charges.
• Assist with clearing and resetting dining room tables.
