Encore at Foulk in Delaware is seeking a full-time Server to provide table service in the Community dining rooms. The role focuses on friendly, attentive hospitality while delivering menu items and answering guest questions.

You will set tables, take orders, clear dishes, and maintain clean work stations. Training is provided, and a strong customer service mindset is essential to support residents and guests. This position requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift light loads.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively.
• Experience waiting tables in a hotel, restaurant or club with fine dining preferred; will train.
• Ability to interpret and explain menu, refer or answer questions, coordinate meal service process and understands requests.
• Ability to work in close cooperation with residents, guests, visitors, families, supervisor and peers. Requires courtesy, tact and graciousness.
