HHM Hotels in Camp Hill, PA seeks a Senior Staff Accountant to manage journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly financial reporting for a group of hotels.

You will support internal controls under Sarbanes-Oxley, coordinate with property-level teams, and contribute to sustainability initiatives under EarthView. Strong Excel and communication skills are required; hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• Formal training in accounting is required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business preferred.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review ledger account reconciliations for bank, prepaid, assets, liabilities, and credit cards.
• Monitor coding accuracy and adherence to internal controls (SOX).
• Prepare and review general ledger entries and monthly financial reports.
• Assist with schedules and supporting documents as required.
• Communicate with team members and property-level staff, in writing and verbally.
• Support EarthView sustainability guidelines; practice safe work habits.
