Hilton in Indianapolis is seeking a Security Manager to lead on-site security operations, protect guests and staff, and coordinate with local law enforcement. You’ll implement safety protocols, supervise patrols, and oversee emergency responses to keep our properties secure and welcoming.

You’ll support investigations, document incidents, and coach security teams to uphold Hilton’s hospitality standards. The role blends hands-on safety with leadership, underpinned by integrity and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage security operations: Implement security protocols to protect guests, employees, and property while ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and industry standards
• Supervise property safety: Oversee security patrols, identify potential risks, and take proactive measures to address safety and security concerns
• Support investigations: Assist in conducting investigations related to accidents, thefts, property loss, and policy violations, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up
• Oversee emergency responses: Manage on-site emergency responses, including fires, medical incidents, and safety hazards, while coordinating with appropriate teams
• Act as law enforcement liaison: Maintain communication as needed with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies on security-related matters
• Ensure accurate documentation: Review and maintain security reports, incident records, and compliance documentation
• Inspire and develop the team: Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment
