About the Product:

The Wellness 360 Benefits Bundle is an affordable, plug-and-play solution that helps hospitality employers provide meaningful benefits to their hourly and part-time staff. Offered through our partnership with Swell Space, this subscription-based bundle includes:

• Medical Benefits – easy-access virtual care
• Mental Wellness Support – counseling and coaching
• Financial Wellness & Literacy – practical tools for financial empowerment

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with hospitality business owners, GMs, and HR leads across the Charleston area
• Educate stakeholders on the value of the Wellness 360 Benefits Bundle
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective employer clients
• Close subscription-based sales that generate monthly recurring revenue
• Collaborate with our team to refine outreach strategies based on what’s working in the field

Required Qualifications:

• Established relationships and a strong reputation in Charleston’s hospitality market
• Prior experience in sales, business development, or HR benefits solutions
• Strong communication and networking skills
