Job summary

Pinewood Springs is a joint venture mental health and wellness hospital, operated by HCA Healthcare's Tristar Health and Maury Regional Medical Center. It serves adolescent and adult patients with inpatient and outpatient services in a supportive setting.

The Environmental Services team ensures safety, sanitation, and cleanliness across the facility, while maintaining appearance standards and following patient experience guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety and sanitation policies.
• Adhere to storage, handling and disposal of RMW, Hazmat, solid waste and linen.
• Maintain and adhere to Environmental Service uniform and personal appearance standards at all time
• Report all hazards and unsafe work conditions.
• Focus on patient experience and follow all patient experience standards
• Collaborate with leadership with recommendations for patient experience improvement.
• Manage service recovery as needed.
• Foster a culture of commitment to the HCA vision, mission, and values of the organization.
• Participate in team and individual employee training.
• Participate in training with senior housekeepers to further develop/advance within the industry.
