Responsibilities

• Lead Third Party projects, focusing on client communication and internal coordination.
• Ensure correct funding and invoicing on all projects, tracking client accounting and cash flow.
• Schedule and host bi-weekly project calls, sharing agendas and minutes.
• Manage project timelines and client expectations.
• Maintain a complete and holistic understanding of each assigned project.
• Initiate and process all Add Service and Change Order requests.
• Facilitate cross-departmental communication.
• Manage internal reporting to ensure projects are properly tracked.
• Conduct analysis to ensure proper efficiencies within operations.
