Job summary

Brasada Ranch in Central Oregon is seeking an Inspector for our housekeeping team. You will ensure rooms are clean, comfortable, and welcoming, while interacting with guests to deliver a superior home-away-from-home experience in our award-winning resort.

With 1-2 years of housekeeping and customer service experience, you’ll perform quality inspections, coordinate with housekeepers, manage daily room inventories, and follow safety guidelines to uphold Brasada Ranch’s high standards and guest

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional housekeeping and customer service and inspection experience required.
• Strong organizational skills required.
• Must have attention to detail.
• Be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to kneel, stoop and crouch repeatedly.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions regarding priorities of tasks.
• Frequent standing and walking.
• Must be eligible to drive company vehicles (21 years of age or older, possess a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance, pass MVR record check).

Responsibilities

• Acknowledges and greets guests in public spaces with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Reviews daily inventory of rooms, arrivals and departures.
• Reviews daily inventory of supplies needed to complete the assignments for the day.
• Perform quality inspections to meet required standards within set time limits.
• Call back housekeepers for any corrections and follow-up once complete.
• Comply with all resort safety guidelines.
• Perform additional responsibilities and duties as assigned.
