Job summary

Raymond Management Company is seeking a dedicated House Person to maintain clean and welcoming public areas and support the hotel team. The role offers wage increases at 30, 60, and 90 days, and starts at $14.00–$15.00 per hour, based on experience.

This is a Sunday-Monday PM shift with a part-time schedule, and an opportunity to grow within the property. The position emphasizes teamwork, guest satisfaction, and collaborative operations with Maintenance and Front Desk; training will be provided,

Qualifications

• Part-time housekeeping role in hospitality.
• Experience in housekeeping or janitorial is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas (lobbies, hallways, restrooms).
• Deliver linen and supplies to housekeeping and other departments as needed.
• Respond to guest requests for amenities or services promptly and cheerfully.
• Support housekeeping by performing heavy cleaning tasks and restocking supplies.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Front Desk to ensure smooth operations.
