Job summary

American Chestnut Management is seeking a Hospitality & Property Services Assistant to help prepare meals, serve guests, and maintain clean, welcoming offices and accommodations. This casual on-site role supports meetings and events, assists with housekeeping and facilities, and helps ensure a professional environment for employees and guests in Duncansville, PA.

Flexibility is required for early mornings, evenings, and some weekends; prior hospitality experience is a plus and ServSafe

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in hospitality, food preparation, catering, housekeeping, facility cleaning, or related fields preferred.
• ServSafe certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification (company-paid).

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals, refreshments, and baked goods for meetings, training sessions, events, and guest visits.
• Support food service activities, including setup, presentation, delivery, and cleanup.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen, dining, and food preparation areas.
• Assist with preparing onsite guest accommodations.

Are you someone who enjoys creating welcoming experiences, preparing meals, and maintaining comfortable, inviting spaces? American Chestnut Management is seeking a Hospitality & Property Services Assistant to support the hospitality traditions and property services that have long been a valued part of the NPC experience.

In this role, you'll help prepare and serve meals for meetings, events, and guests while also assisting with the cleaning, upkeep, and readiness of offices, guest accommodations, and other company properties. Your work will play an important part in creating a positive experience for employees, customers, business partners, and visitors.

What You'll Do
