Job summary

American Chestnut Management LLC in Duncansville, PA is seeking a Hospitality & Property Services Assistant to support meal preparation, event service, and maintaining welcoming workspaces across offices and guest accommodations.

You will prepare meals for meetings, assist with food service, keep kitchens clean, and help with venue readiness for meetings and events. A positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork are essential; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in hospitality, food preparation, catering, housekeeping, facility cleaning, or related fields preferred.
• ServSafe certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals, refreshments, and baked goods for meetings, training sessions, events, and guest visits.
• Support food service activities, including setup, presentation, delivery, and cleanup.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen, dining, and food preparation areas.
• Assist with preparing onsite guest accommodations.
• Clean and maintain offices, conference rooms, restrooms, common areas, guest accommodations, and other designated facilities.
• Support property turnover, event setup and cleanup, inventory organization, and facility readiness activities.
• Help maintain a welcoming, professional, and service-oriented environment for all guests and stakeholders.
