Job summary

NELSON is seeking a results-driven Project Manager for its Hospitality Practice. The role focuses on balancing multiple projects, driving profitability, and advancing opportunities in local markets. Ground-up hospitality experience is strongly preferred.

The candidate will manage fees, scopes, and schedules while coordinating with architects, designers, and studio leaders to meet contract requirements and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited University.
• 8+ years of experience in architecture or project management.
• Experience with ground-up hospitality projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management functions: fee, scope, and schedule for all required projects.
• Monitor conformance to project plans, schedules, budgets, and contract.
• Coordinate with Senior Architect/Interior Designer and Studio Leader on project goals.
• Oversee onboarding and integration of extended teams and manage resources.
• Maintain project notes and distribute meeting minutes to clients and consultants.
