Responsibilities

• Reports to work on time; wears uniform per restaurant policy and maintains hygiene.
• Answers guests' questions about the restaurant and handles requests/complaints with guest satisfaction as a priority.
• Cooperates with management and coworkers; offers constructive suggestions for improvement.
• Follows all safety, health, and sanitation guidelines; reports unsafe conditions and uses equipment properly.
• Knows emergency procedures within the restaurant.
• Maintains knowledge of standards and procedures as stated in the associate handbook.
• All newly hired associates will be subject to E-Verify Employment Eligibility Verification.
