Wendy’s is hiring a Crew Member to support daily restaurant operations under the supervision of the General Manager and team. You’ll help deliver fresh food, friendly service, and create a positive guest experience.

You’ll be the friendly face guests see, upholding standards, staying calm under pressure, and helping the team succeed during busy shifts while maintaining a clean, welcoming dining area and accurate service.

• Support the management team in running smooth, efficient shifts.

• Help train new team members by showing them how to “Delight Every Customer.”
• Follow direction from Shift Managers and the General Manager and help make each shift better than the last.
• Maintain a positive, respectful, and fun work environment.
