Job summary

HUNGRY in Eagle Mountain, Utah is seeking an on-site Hospitality Porter to maintain client relationships and ensure overall account success. You’ll work in a fast-paced, friendly environment, mastering beverage and food service skills while delivering obsessive hospitality.

This part-time role (20–29 hours/week) runs Monday through Friday from about 6am to 12pm, with pay between $20 and $23 per hour. You will handle coffee and water machine services, inventory, waste management, and keeping

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience and proven track record of success.
• Current food handler card and understanding of basic food safety.
• Meticulous, dependable, organized, proactive, and approachable.
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Prepare coffee drinks by following recipes and using equipment.
• Track inventory for snacks, drinks, coffee products.
• Experience in client success, hospitality, or operations and relationship-building.
• Excellent communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Coffee Machine Services: Replenish coffee beans, reset waste bins, maintain clean machines.
• Inventory tasks/storage room: Store inventory correctly, keep stockroom neat, submit delivery lists.
• Water machine services: Empty drip tray, keep clean inside and out.
• Snack & fruit services: Monitor low inventory, restock with proper labeling, FIFO rotation, remove expired items.
• Expired Products: Return expired items to storage and notify solutions desk for return to warehouse.

The Role:

As an on-site Hospitality Porter with HUNGRY, you will play a key role in maintaining client relationships & ensuring overall account success. You'll be in an energetic environment where you'll have the ability to master your food & beverage craft, work alongside friends, and meet new people every day.

• Expected Schedule: Monday-Friday approximately 6am-12pm
• Expected Hours: 20-29 hours per week (part-time)
• Expected Pay: $20-23/hr

What You'll Do:

Coffee Machine Services:

• Replenish coffee beans
• Reset waste bins, empty drip trays
• Maintain clean machines inside & out

Inventory tasks/storage room:

• Properly store inventory: dry goods vs refrigerated using FIFO rotation
• Keep stockroom neat, take out trash, cardboard & recycling
• Make list of items needed for next delivery and submit before noon

Water machine services:

• Empty drip tray, keep clean inside and out

Snack & Fruit services:

• Take note of low inventory items during morning setup
• Restock items with labels facing out, follow FIFO rotation
• Remove any expired products from the kitchens
• Distribute all fruit varieties to each kitchen, remove damaged fruit, sort properly for donations

Expired Products:

• Return any expired products to the storage room to be counted
• Notify solutions desk of expired products, so they can be returned to warehouse

Requirements

• Previous Hospitality experience and proven track record of success
• Possess a current food handler card and understand basic food safety principles
• Meticulous, dependable, organized, forward thinking, initiative-taking, and approachable
• Careful understanding of products, allergens, and ingredients
• Ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions & request clarification when needed
• Prepare coffee drinks by following recipes and preparation techniques, use grinding and brewing equipment
• Ability to educate customers & answer coffee/food related questions
• Track inventory for snacks, drinks, coffee products
• Troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, assisting with performing preventive maintenanceMaintaining a safe and clean work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations
• Have experience in client success, hospitality, or operations, and love building relationships with customers
