Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have painting skills including enamels, epoxies and coatings.
• Basic furniture repair and touch up abilities.
• Knowledge of wall covering installation and repair.
• Drywall repair, mudding and taping experience.
• High school or trade school education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Guest Requests within the timeframes set by management.
• Respond to House Calls within 30 minutes of request.
• Execute House Calls as instructed by leadership.
• Track calls in HotSOS by room, time received and completion.
• Communicate criteria to dispatch after completion.
• Perform routine PMs on guestrooms and public areas; document.
• Inspect and repair VIP rooms as scheduled; timely delivery.
• Keep shops, mechanical areas and carts organized and clean.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor immediately.
• Assist with policy compliance and support team goals.
• Troubleshoot and replace guestroom televisions and related equipment.
• Repair plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment as needed.
• Track inventory levels and restock as required.
• Walk hotel grounds for safety, quality and condition; document findings.
