Responsibilities

• Paint, maintain and repair painted surfaces of building structures, rooms, furniture and equipment.
• Prepare and paint surfaces using brushes, rollers and spray‑guns; measure and match paint.
• Install and repair wall and ceiling coverings, including vinyl, fabric and foil.
• Maintain caulked, grout, wood and masonry surfaces; apply stains, varnish or lacquer.
• Keep inventory of supplies needed to perform job functions.
• Report major repairs to superiors for action.
