Job summary

sbe is seeking a Marketing Manager for Thesis Hotel Miami Coral Gables. The role covers day-to-day marketing for hotels, restaurants and nightlife venues, including website updates, social media, listings, email campaigns, photo and video shoots, event marketing, and on-site support.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years in marketing within hospitality, strong writing, brand storytelling, SEO, and analytics, with the ability to collaborate across events and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field is required.
• 4–5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related role.
• Experience crafting campaigns for hospitality venues and lifestyle brands.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, email and print.
• Develop content for website, blogs, social media and newsletters.
• Coordinate photography and videography shoots within brand guidelines.
• Manage social media profiles, posts, engagement and analytics.
• Identify influencers, negotiate partnerships and manage contracts.
• Perform market research to inform strategies and campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports.
• Collaborate with events, operations and other teams to drive revenue.
