Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Anchorage is seeking a Hospitality Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and develop team members while delivering outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

You will oversee service standards, safety, scheduling, and profitability, while contributing to events and community engagement in a sports-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Restaurant or hospitality management experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for hospitality, sports, and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Financial and operational management experience a plus.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
