Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or building trades preferred.

• Ability to utilize basic technology including a smartphone and a computer.

Responsibilities

• Maintain timelines and work schedule per preventive maintenance program.
• Check work orders and night reports for assignments to complete.
• Perform preventive maintenance on laundry, kitchen, guestrooms equipment and public areas.
• Change air-conditioning filters and inspect HVAC equipment.
• Maintain security of assigned keys and tools; ensure safety.
