Job summary

Hyatt House Bryan is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help keep our hotel running smoothly, safely, and welcoming for guests.

You’ll perform routine maintenance on interior and exterior spaces, conduct preventive upkeep on equipment, assist with pool and spa areas, and maintain SDS sheets while staying flexible with daily assignments.

We offer a pay range of $16–$20/hour based on experience, plus health insurance, sick time, vacation, 401k matching, and performance incentives.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on building interior and exterior
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment on scheduled basis
• Assist in maintaining pool and spa area including lifts, filter systems, etc.
• Maintain and update SDS sheets
• Ensure efficient completion of daily assignments in a timely manner
• Must be able to work flexible schedule
