Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to help keep the property safe and functional while delivering warm hospitality. You will assist in guest room, public space, and back-of-house maintenance, responding to requests and performing repairs across multiple trades.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, accurate documentation, and quick resolution of issues to support an exceptional guest stay at our Montana property.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in a hotel setting preferred.
• Respond quickly to guest requests and team member work orders.
• Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC or masonry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining the property's physical functionality and safety.
• Respond to service requests from guests and team members.
• Support a variety of maintenance tasks across areas, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and masonry.
• Assist with preventive maintenance inspections and document results.
• Record completed inspections and repairs and flag issues needing attention.
